Love the app but major problem

ive had this app for a while now. i absolutely love it. but theres a new problem and i dont know if its just my phone but im not able to "save to camera roll" "instagram" or "other apps" when i go to save the pictures. it just highlights it saying it clicked it but it does nothing. major problem for me and the only reason for my one star
